Rex began working with high net worth clientele in the investment and financial services industry in 1997. He received his Bachelor of Business Administration from Baylor University in 1989. After that, he attended Southern Methodist University School of Law and Saint Mary’s University School of Law and received his Juris Doctor in 1993. While in law school, Rex was awarded the American Jurisprudence Award. He is a licensed attorney with the State Bar of Texas. He is a licensed securities representative.

Rex was awarded the 2009 and 2010 Five Star Wealth Manager Best in Client Satisfaction rating by Crescendo Business Services as published in the August, 2009 and 2010 editions of Texas Monthly magazine.
